No refunds from intercape

End of February i bought a single ticket to jhb from dbn and to return tickets a i was going to fetch someone, then the person got a lift from jhb to dbn hence the trip was canceled, i have never had such a headache trying to get my refund for the return tickets since i had to forfeit the departure one, its may now and i still haven't received my refund from intercape, worst service ever... They don't even deserve one star.
