No refund when THEY cancel the bus

I had the worst exp. with intercape from clocolaan to bloem to johannesburg. I baught my ticket at Checkers money market a week before the trip They canceled the bus from clocolaan to bloem when I was supposed to return the day before with an SMS and I needed to get in bloem by my own and the worst part I spent more money to call for them to give me a refund than the actual refund and I still did not receive any refund. such a disappointment and waste of money
