No nappy changing station on the bus

On the 18 December we took a bus from Johannesburg to Durban with my daughter and 9 month old son. When the bus stopped at the Vereeniging stop I went to ask the driver about the nappy changing station, where I was told the buses did not have any. The bus driver was rude and arrogant ignored all my questions and continued doing what he was busy with whilst I stood there like an idiot when I asked to go change baby at McDonald's food outlet he told me point blank that he would leave me behind. I had to travel so many hours with a baby n soiled nappy. Why do you accept mothers to travel with babies when you don't make any provisions for them. Please look into this matter with the utmost urgency !!! I'm very disappointed and angry with your customer service
