No more Intercape bus for me

I rode an Intercape Bus 803 from Bloemfontein to East London on the 13th February. The bus smelt like urine. Nobody told us we were supposed to get off in King Williamstown and ride a shuttle to East London, we were then told there’s nothing else that can be done except going to PE to catch a lift from the bus from Cape Town. The Cape Town bus had ****roaches and made me arrive at 10h00 instead of the 4h00 I was supposed to arrive, I was going to EL for a court case at 8h00. I came back on the 16th from East London to Bloemfontein, ticket number ***K708 the bus was smelly and the rain was coming inside, it was dripping.
