No decency to tell the buss has changed times

Bus never arrived after an hour we called the help line and was told the bus has left, before its depature time, and no one called to inform us that they have changed their departure time. we normally take the Greyhound and they have the decency to inform us wen the time has changed. It was the first and the last time we book intercape.
