No customer service

Extremely bad customer service here, I called the office and informed them I was running late, only to get there and the bus is gone😡 attended said they “shouted” my name out before the bus left the stop and there was no answer???????? *** why do these people not call and check how far you are? How do you just shout out a persons name and feel that is adequate and good service!!!!! Idiots
