No Customer Service.

I forgot my jacket on the intercape bus that left Port Elizabeth to Cape Town at 6:00am on 11/11/2018. I forgot my jacket on the bus. I phoned intercape and spoke to supervisors Sipokazi and Abigail who were most unhelpful. Said they could not do anything about it as it was not handed in. The jacket was a dark blue Puma. The contents were a Tigers eye ring, a 32GB red patriot flash drive with very important information. It was my fault for leaving the jacket, but intercape could really do a little more than they are. They can at least question the staff, but I guess that is too much to expect in the new ******* South Africa, where *******ion and non-service delivery is the norm
