No communication intransit or from the phone
The bus left cape town at 7h30 no traffic the road is clear but we have not reach our destination in port Elizabeth. We were supposed to have arrived by 19h30. No message or apology from the driver no one is telling passengers that we running late. Intercape used to tell passengers when running late it's the bad experiance I got today

08 Nov 2021, 00:52Again intercape with the same crew of friday as I am supposed to leave PE at 22h40 they only arrive at 00h05. To make matters worse the driver went to stop at the intercape offices next to greenacres instead of stopping at Engen garage in 314 Cape road as marked at our tickets. People had to wave and stop him as he was passing the garage. Instead of apologising he asked where have we seen intercape bus stopping there and we showed him the ticket and he kept on telling us he was doing us a favour to pick us there and if he wants he an leave. This is my worst return trip I have received since I used a bus in 2016. I regret using intercape
