NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL!!! PATHETIC

They don't phone at all ! UTTER NONSENSE. I had booked a ticket to Worcester Today from Midrand and waited as our bus was delayed due to an accident on the highway.

After 3 hours of waiting we phoned and asked what was happening...and they simply said the bus was there and i missed it.

And Automatically forfeited my ticket.

It's really bad that communication is not a priority for this company.

I know needed to pay money again for a new ticket.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
