No Communication

As I'm writing this, I'm on an Intercape bus from pietermaritzburg to johannesburg. Seems like a bus has a texhnical problem but no one is telling us nothing. It stopped 3 times in the middle of nowhere and its so hot in the bus. The problem is the attitude of the drivers. They are not telling us what's wrong with the bus and some of us are going to interviews and some are suppose to be at work. We are being treated like hikers but we paid and bought tickets. The reason why they're not telling us we don't know really. This is so bad, we are passengers here and we deserve some kind of respect
