No Christian ethos when overcharging travellers and providing false information

I am most disappointed. I bought 5 tickets for my kids and I to travel to durban and a further 5 for my husband to join and our return. I bougjt the tickets from Pretoria to Durban after speaking to your consultant who informed me that ticket prices would go up if i waited any longer. Imagine my disappointment then when the tickets are R110 cheaper each this morning!
