No care in the world for travellers

Took the bus from Durban to Pretoria on the 10th August at 8am. It got really hot in the bus during the trip but the driver refused to put the aircon on. Eventually the lady next to me almost passed out and then he decided to switch it on. Not to mention the obvious fact that there are no windows in the bus and so many people were coughing and sick and there was no ventilation.
