No care for customers

I booked a ticket for my mother bad daughter, while we were still unloading our bags after checking in the bus left us standing wright there, telling us they are not suppose to be late even for minutes. But we customers can wait for an hour and half late bus. Wow! I was very angry and dissisapointed!
