No assistance to a disabled person

<p>Intercape bus lines has no service for a person with a disability!!!</p> <p>We made a booking for my mother to come with the Intercape from George to Graaff-Reinet. When making the booking, we asked whether some assistance would be available for someone that is blind. We were assured that there are two drivers, they will check on her. It was printed on her ticket that she was blind. And NOT ONCE did anyone ask her if she was okay. Food orders were taken, she was not asked if she wanted to order anything. When arriving in Graaff-Reinet, she did not even know that she was here, had I not gone on the bus to get her off, as it was not announced in which town the bus was stopping. How is it possible that NO assistance is given to someone with a disability???? What a disgrace!!!!</p>
