No Assistance for Injured Passenger

I am very disappointed with the service from Intercape. My brother was supposed to travel today from Cape Town to Butterworth, but unfortunately he is injured and cannot walk properly. Despite explaining his condition, the bus was parked far away and no assistance was offered to help him board. They could not even make a simple effort to accommodate him, which is extremely unfair and disappointing.

It is unacceptable that there is no consideration for people with injuries or special needs. We have now lost money because of this situation, and it feels like the company does not care about its passengers at all. I am requesting a full refund so that we can rebook his trip for tomorrow under better conditions.
