Nightmare service by Intercape.

It doesn't not even deserve the one star rating......I used their services from Pretoria to Mt Frere via their PTA to Mthatha, I was specific when I made the booking with their agent on Saturday Morning, that I don't want to use their budget liner because the service is appalling for a lack of a better word....to my surprise they brought this underrated liner, which at refuse we refused to take and the driver was so rude to us saying that if we don't get in the bus he will leave us behind....we got little did we know that our nightmare has only begun, the driver didn't use the usual N3 route , we ended up at some ***** garage where we couldn't use proper rest rooms we had to relieve ourselves behind cars in the open....the driver lies and says that the road which passes by Montrose was closed because of an accident. I am writing this at 04:22 on the 5th of September 2022 on board the nightmare bus services .
