Night mare bus trip

I am Martie van Schalkwyk/de Goede, I am writing this on my husband's accounts. I was on bus from Windhoek to Daniëlskuil 15 -16 January 2023 through the night. I was so shocked with the condition. 1. Unroad worthy bus 2. Shocks of bus broken 3. Windows rattling 4. Air filter of Aircon dirty 5. Bus drivers rude, left people at border and bus stations 6. TV on and of all the time 7. Don't want to get in gears,slips gears 8. Door not closing properly 9. Clock not working 10. Drivers reckless 11. Sick and Old people fall of seats trying to sleep 12. Children getting Athma attacks 13. Impossible to sleep in during night with that upright position with no feet space 14. Dirty an smelly Bus drivers put 2 persons on 3 seater but squash 2 people in 2 seater, preserving best seats for his friends. 15. I fear for my and other passengers lives from start with reckless driver skipping 3 red robots in Windhoek. Why must hard working people paying lots of money going through Upinton not get same treatment as people going to Cape town in sleep liner? I was so disappointed and will Never go on it again in my live. It is a hazard and dangerous to let people travel in such conditions. I will definitely warn everybody not to go with Inter Cape. It's with sadness I have to say this but if I can save one life it will be worth the effort. Sincerely Martie
