Never travel with Intercape!

I booked return tickets for my family to go to Cape Town. My wife informed me that there where empty alcohol bottles on the bus floor, people where still drinking alcohol in the bus(passengers). The staff is unfriendly, they don't even give their passengers time to be seated because they were late. The air-conditioning wasn't working during the 7 hour trip. I canceled the returned ticket immediately and was charged a 25% cancelation fee and was torn the refund can take up to two weeks.
