Never keeps time and not allocating seats

Does not keep time all the time and the this is frustrating and the lack of seat allocation is a problem as some times people seat on the floor or passages. I witnessed a young mother seating on the passage with her baby while I was travelling from Teolo to Jhb. That was cruel
