NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

If it was possible to give a minus or 0 I would!!! My mom left from the Paarl in the Western Cape on the Friday morning to come and visit me in PTA, to help me with my daughter who had just had her tonsils removed earlier that day.

The bus broke down just outside of Laingsburg and they had to wait 1hour and 30min for the bus… when the bus got there the men of the bus (customers) assisted to reload the nee buss with the luggage from the old bus. Great Ubuntu!!!

Then just outside Bloem the 2nd bus broke down because its doors couldn’t close anymore. They waited for bus number 3 for another 1hour and 30 min… still the customers assisted with transferring the luggage as done before. Now the 3rd bus has stopped again because the engine coolant is low and the bus is overheating….

I mean really!!!! If this isn’t a sign that new management is in order I don’t know what is.

How is this acceptable!!! What about the customers and their safety and plans? Leaving customers behind and rude drivers… why?
