Toilet broken reported to staff within first 30min. Staff neglegted to get it fixed in Jhb. When they eventually stopped to fix it at station with toilets they refused to open for passengers to use alternative. Bad attitude and there answer to clients is to use alternative transportation in future. This company is headed for collusion
