negligence from inter cape

I have been travelling on the intercape bus in the 24th December at 23.15 pm.i have left my luggage in the luggage compartment where the assistant handed me a ticket and said I should hand that in on arriving at my destination.on arriving at caltex star shop in johannesburg I gave my ticket to the assistant Joseph and he comes back to me and says he doesn't have my bag he had given it to a lady at parkstation who claimed that was her bag but didn't have a ticket.he and the driver luke left me stranded at the caltex garage and drove away.in my bag was all of my clothes my sons clothes my wallet with my card,money,I'd, license everything I was left with nothing.on arriving back to pmb I called Their head office and was giving a case number only..no one has gotten back to not even the management.the person in charge of the case TASNEEM has never phoned me with any feedback her last call to me to say she's trying to get hold of her driver which was on the 04th January that was all she said.since than I have running around making new card missing out on work because of their negligence.i still have my ticket number.<br> I need feedback from their manager as soon as possible
