Negligence , Disappointed, hurt and

Last week I traveled using Intercape with my 2 year old niece from Welkom to Durban, when we got to Durban Station they told me my luggage fell while the bus was moving, Apparently the Compartment opened and only my Suitcase fell , how can that even happen I lost everything, Clothes shoes , toiletries, wallet, wig , perfume .. my niece clothes, shoes , formula (milk) and medication and they don’t want to take accountability.. they’re offering me R1500 for all of that Please what am I going to do with such amount, how am I going to cover everything whereas everything in my suitcase doesn’t cost R1500 this is an Insult I’m deeply hurt and Disappointed all because of negligence 😭💔💔 please do right by me I deserve justice it’s winter now I have nothing literally nothing
