nausiating service

<p>I usually travel with Greyhound for years. Due to a family emergency was forced to take intercape from Jeffreys Bay. Bus was scheduled to arrive at my stop 19:45. 20:16 bus still not hear, no sms received, decide to call the 24 hour hot line to be told bus is 40km away and will arrive in 20min. Then next comment is if I want to complain I need to call tomorrow during working hours. What ridiculous, pathetic service. NEVER taking this his again. Their service is the worst in the industry.</p>
