My worst nightmare occurs at Intercape

I checked in to Intercape Cape Town station at 9:40 for a 10 o'clock bus. Immediately when I got to the bus there was a lot of luggage and there are no porters who help to pack the bus. There was such a stampede and people were pushing and our bags were being thrown around. As if that wasn't enough, the staff only noticed that the bus couldn't accommodate all the luggage. The most ****ed up thing is that they did not bother to tell passengers that the bus was delayed. We ended up asking ourselves n that was when they remembered us. This attitude is stinky and annoying. The bus being delayed means our plans are on hold n our schedule is ****ed up because of unprofesionalism. If they were not ready for that trip they should have said it and not **** around with us. This is so messed up. And to think when I was booking my bus everyone recommended Intercape. Never ever will I take this bus or recommend it to anyone
