My surname is of no use to this call

<p>I called Intercape buses regarding a ticket that I booked for my son and he could'nt use it because he was sick and for his condition I spoke to lady by that was very rude,when I ask her her name and surname her reply was"My name is Anika my surname is of no use no use on this call"I would like to find out is that the answers that Intercape buses train their staff.The call I made it today 14 Aug 2017 at 13H45</p>
