My daughter lost all here laggage on Intercape. The driver told them that the compartments were not locking. The company claims that the compartments were locked. They checked their system, yet the first hand information given to customers that lost their laggage was that the driver found the compartments open when he stepped out of the bus. The bus company refuses to take responsibility.
