Most horrible bus trip ever

My very first experience with Intercape sleepliner was quite pleasant about 2 years ago. I was so appalled by the last experience on the 30th of November. The bus was supposed to leave 18:50 from Vanderbijlpark. We got notification that the bus will be 2h30 hours late. The bus only showed up after 22h00. One off the drivers were very rude and very disrespectful as soon as he got off the bus. We were the ones who supposed to be ****ed. We arrived in Cape Town 4 hours after arrival time as per booking. The lady next to me was so stressed because she still had to catch a taxi from Cpt CBD to Vredenburg and wasn't sure she would even make it for the taxi considering it was another 2 hour trip. And she was female and alone. AND the 'best' part was definitely when we drove out of Welkom. The bus was stuffy and hot. It was about 3:00 in the morning. I had to make the driver aware that he needed to switch on the aircon. I found him busy on his phone while driving ?. Really? Is that what we pay for? To have someone gamble with our lives like that? I had my 2 younger sisters with me on the bus for goodness sake. We were treated with attitude. No apologies, no compensation, no nothing for the big inconvenienced caused by Intercape. I'm definitely never making use of their services again. To date my worst experience travelling by bus? Never ever again. Thank you but no thank you
