Money Hungry ********

we were ****** by this company last week refusing to take responsibility for their mistake. they are lying saying we were never on the pick up spot when a shuttle arrived YOUR DAY WILL COME INTERCAPE. we bought that ticket with our last money we travel twice a year and this time we made a very bad choice by choosing your buses. We buy bus tickets and you send taxis to pick people up and you dont even bother to let the people know that a taxi will fetch them not a bus. your taxis that leaves the pick up point 12minutes before the ticket time and you claim that they were there and waited as if you were there. we are going to get to the bottom of this and all the garages have cameras we will see who was there and who was not.
