Missing luggage

Coming from JHB to King Williams Town, Intercape staff lost my luggage. When departing from JHB I was given a tag to identify my luggage, when we got to King Williams town eastern cape my luggage was nowhere to be found. I still have the tag and this was on Christmas Day, I literally lost everything. They show no care, even Tasneem the lady I reported this matter to till today nothing is being done. C112305
