miss leading your passengers

Good morning , if you traveling with kids don't use INTER CAPE BUS SERVICE. You will be stranded. I was traveling with a 2yr old, when i bought my 2 tickets the agent said 2yr old don't pay. When boarding the bus at Cape Town station the agent said i need a ticket for the child and it will cost R800. How un processional and sick this was of INTER CAPE BUS SERVICE, point and blaming SHOPRITE. Booked out of hotel, No accommodation, No cash, 3 people sitting at Cape Town Station short of R800. Because of u INTER CAPE. This contributes to Cape Town having so many VAGRANTS never getting back to their destinations. My message this morning is INTER CAPE WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED.
