Minor of 8 years old allowed to travel alone in Intercape!!! Absolutely unsafe !!!

In the space of 2 weeks , the same thing has happened to me and I am extremely disappointed in Intercape, their service and especially their safety measures for our kids using their service.

My son who 8 years old is travelling with an adult has been separated with the adult and is sitting next to a complete stranger. I am failing to understand that Intercape doesn’t allow kids to travel alone under the age of 12 but lets them be Seperated with the designated adult who is meant to oversee and keep them safe

I called in twice and was told the operations manager would speak to the bus driver and the bus driver walked up to the adult travelling with the child and told them that there is nothing they can do!

I am so disappointed in how our kids safety is being disregarded and how my 8 year old son is crying the whole way back to Dbn! Super disappointed in the poor customer service and lack of safety for minors
