****ming people with ticket prices - very upset

I am very disappointed and feel as if this company scans people into paying higher ticket prices under the guise that you paying for Mainliner and with no automated sms communication to customers a budget bus will pitch up. Mind you budget ticket is significantly cheaper if not by almost 50%. And as parent to 6 year old child I pay extra for Mainliner s child can travel with ease knowing there is a toilet as you cannot expect kids to wait till next garage stop. When you call you get an agent that's rude telling you about TCs. TCs is not valid reason to scan people with ticket prices. If I pay for Mainliner I expect Mainliner or get partial refund. Very upset that 1 adult and 2 kids ticket at R1500 and budget bus with no toilet picture. I want a partial refund for my 3 tickets to be downgraded to budget that pitched and I'm refunded balance.
