messy intercape

this people don't take us seriously i took a bus from Pretoria to Durban on the 08.08.19 @ 06h00 on our entering the bus was full of bad odor and the was water running all over and the toilet was blocked we tried to talk to the driver to attend to it only to get a bad attitude from him and his assistant this one bad treatment i got from the service provider i will never recommend intercape to anyone any more
