Messed up INTERCAPE BUS SERVICE

It seems after Greyhound stopped their business , inter cape bus service took over the industry. I travelled Inter cape a couple of times before but believe me I do not know the Inter cape that exist today. First of all I bought the most expensive ticket on the sleep liner from Cape Town to Johannesburg thinking I will be sitting comfortably at the bottom. To my dismay when I asked the driver where I must sit , he said anywhere. So I went to go sit at the lower deck and believe me, the person with the cheapest ticket sat right next to me, The ticket price difference was R500.00. On their website they advertise three different ticket prices and anyone will suspect there will be a difference in the seating but there is no difference. So next time you use Intercape , buy the cheapest ticket. At Cape town station I stood in 2 wrong lines before realising I am standing in the wrong line. There is no one or notice to tell you where you must stand for which destination. Intercape personnel had no uniform, name tag or any form of identification. It was as trying to get into a crowded train, pushing and shoving. The bus left 30 min late and arrived in Johannesburg 3 hours late. No there was no breakdown or anything. I gather now that Inter cape bus service are basically running the bus transport scene they do just what they want to as any other local bus service. I will not travel Inter cape again
