I booked via their website and when I got to the departure point (Johannesburg Park station) they told me my ticket is no where to be found whereas I had paid via app already. Since from 18:30 till 21:22 as I'm writing this review they don't respond to my calls no one is willing to help me even my bus left me here. I'm stuck now
