Intercape ****med us passengers, with their bus being six hours late, they went on to tell us that's its not their fault. They refused to give us a refund, the lady at the Nelspruit office said she could only reschedule. I was traveling with a two year-old from Nelspruit to Pretoria on the 6th, and from the on i needed to catch a ride to the northern cape for my nephews funeral. I had no other options. Communicated with head office and they said a voucher is what they could do instead of a refund in order for us not to loss our money, the voucher would be valid for 3 years. Did intercape not give us vouchers valid for a day.?! I feel ****med cause how can I redeem the voucher when I'm on my way travelling home for a funeral. I'm so disappointed and I will not be traveling with this bus again. They are dishonest and unreliable.
