Mainliner / Intercape

Mainliner / Intercape - Tickets booked 2 weeks ago and this morning at 03h35 when Mainliner was supposed to leave Keetmanshoop to Windhoek there was nothing...... By 04h00 I reached them by phone to be told that that bus/ route was cancelled for now and the next bus will only be on Friday morning! Best is when I asked my money back they said there was a 25% cancellation fee!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! WORST bus service by far!!
