MAINLINER 912 infested with ****ROACHES!!!!

Mainliner bus 912 and 916 infested with ****roaches! This is absolutely unacceptable. It’s shows a lack of respect for your customers. I hope this is sorted out asap. How do they expect to comfortably for so many hours, surrounded by ****ROACHES?! Despicable!!!

An apology is it not sufficient. The buses must be fumigated asap.
