luxury bus line went wrong ,it a shame

It raining inside the bus , and this is intefcape bus line to maputo , it not even a drizzle it pouring , the air con is vicious , it completely freezing ,and yet we been charged ridiculous amount of money , what a shame and a dissapointment from intercape , i even mistaken my friend my friend for a frozen chicken , the seats are not reclining and there are no tables tissues are everywhere but not in the toilet , the chair caps are dirty plz lets get our moneys worth and need a refund for this this january so that we can afford a greyhond ' and about the TV is not working , what rubish this is , my iphone is soaked in water and my most expensive shoes went wet ,
