Luggage Theft

i travelled from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town.. Arrived in Cape Town belville 07h30am 30 April when the ticket shows we were supposed to arrive 06h25am.. no communication was made by attendants to inform them about the stops and how late we were going to be, dont the busses have pre inspection checklists... when i finally arrived i found that my luggage was missing, i came to cape town to spend the weekend n i am left with no clothing or necceseties, they kept saying they were trying to locate my luggage but honestly i think they just say things to calm you down.. u are disgusting intercape.. i will expose intercape and i will claim back all my luggahe you lost.. i still have my luggage which means you let someone else ***** my luggage! DiSGUSTING!!!!you preach about christianity but your staff is not anything like it..
