LUGGAGE MISSING
On the 27th of October, i travelled with intercspe from Port Shepstone to King William's town. When i arrived in King William's town my luggage told me that in Kokstad they noticed that the the luggage cabin was opened but they thought nothing was missing. They said i must go to the office the ffg day to check if they ddnt find it. Since then no one has told me anything,everytime i call they say they will call me back but never do. The drivers were very rude plus the staff isn't helpful either. I want my suitcase.

I had to deal with a rude driver plus his insults, it was worse, when i went to the office that he sent me to, he was also rude to the lady from the office.
The drivers names was Fezi and Thando ( not sure) Fezi is the most rude one.
I want my suitcase.
