Luggage lost on the 20 of December

On the 20th of December I took my bag to Intercape in CapeTown Bellville as the parcel to Port Elizabeth. I have paid for my bag and they promised that I will get it in Port Elizabeth the next day at Greenackers as I was driving that night to P.E. I told myself that is not going to be a problem. When I went to P.E. at Greenackers to pick it up they told me is in town I went to town they told my bag was nt having a sticker from Cape town to Port Elizabeth so they took it back to CapeTown. they told that the bag will arrive in King William town the next day up until today nobody knowns what happened. Tomorrow its Christmas my kids are criying because all of their clothes including Christmas clothes are there. my heart is bleeding because we have been wearing the same clothing ever since Sunday. can you please who ever responsible for delivering the bag make sure I get it with all the clothes inside.
