****** Luggage from Intercape Bus - Intercape does not want to assist at all.

I had the utmost worst experience with this company - Besides the fact that their bus was almost half a hour late for pick-up, the toilet was the filthiest you can imagine, and to make matters worst, mu luggage got ****** from the luggage compartment on the outside of the bus. After they asked me for an affidavit to declare what was ******, they just responded that it is not their problem. They are most reluctant to assist and just "pull up shoulders" They can't tell you why the driver of the bus did not lock the luggage compartments and do not wish to engage in their client's problem. Be aware - this company just want your money and have no regard for your safety or travel experience.
