Low and cold temperatures in a freezing cold weather from Kokstad to Jhb.

The driver of a bus 806 from Matatiele to Pretoria via Kokstad (first driver who drove from Matatiele to Montrose) intentionally and forcefully openned a air conditioner under 19 degrees celcius despite several attempts to respectifully ask him to increase temperatures from 19 degrees to 25 degrees celcius so that we can be warn in the bus. Intercape company failed to take proper actions against its driver. I am so dissapointed.
