Loudspeaker disturbing business

I want to draw your kind attention to the excessive and indiscriminate use of the loudspeakers at the intercape office in Welkom and request you to take suitable action. It is almost every day that loudspeakers keep blaring out and unreasonably intrude into people’s daily activities. Like: • Employees and clients are conducting their business in person and via telephone, • online meetings are also attended to; • Clients are being interviewed, and • sometimes examinations are at hand. It is, therefore, requested that the constant and indiscriminate use of loudspeakers should be banned. I hope you will take up this matter at your level.
