lost my parcel

i lost my parcel that was travelled with bus (Intercape) coming from Durban on Wednesday 28 April 2021 going to East London Intercape office WAYBILL NUMBER(***) CASE NUMBER(C123470). When i check for delivery on last Sunday they told me that the parcel is not there they don't know what happened, and person who responsible for the collection was not there until Monday. when i call their offices they do not pickup their phone. can please assist
