Lost me as a customer, also they are *******.

I booked 3 tickets for my mom, niece and 4yr old son to travel on June 28th to Cape Town from Engcobo. My son had to sit on my mom’s lap coz the seats were not organised properly and he slept next to the toilet on the floor. 2nd, my mom forgot a container with provisions inside the bus, i called as the bus as it was on its way to the depot, was told the driver is not picking up. I called again about 1.5hrs later to find out about the container with provisions, was simply told the driver says theres nothing on the bus. Mind this was fresh pork so OF COURSE he would say theres nothing, so basically not only did i pay three tickets and my son sat on the floor, they also stole my container with fresh pork. Customer lost, no customer care whatsoever.
