Lost luggage due to driver's neglegence

Because intercape is not replying to my fb inbox. I'll leave this here with hope that maybe, just maybe i'll get luck n get a response from you.<br> <br> My sister was on one of your buses from Pretoria to Welkom on the 13th of July 2015. Before she went on, her luggages were loaded into the tunk and she recieved a tag for them. As she and her son went onto the bus, the drive made a comment about a certain race, saying that he didn't want them in his bus because people's luggages get lost when they're there.When we got to our destination (Welkom) our luggage was gone . The bus driver then said that he would report this incident which I suspect never happened , because I haven't been contacted by any Intercape representitive. I called Intercape on numerous occasions and all they say to me is that they will get back to me which they have failed to do for the past 2 weeks.<br> <br> I want to know, why are there people by the trunk controlling our luggages when we get onto the bus, but there isn't anyone by the trunk insuring that everyone takes their correct luggages when they get off? Why do you give us tags for our luggages, yet failing to insure that people take the luggage that matches their tag
