Lost luggage and only want refund R1 500 ??????

Travelled from Bloem to PE. Driver saw luggage compartment open and bags falling out but did not top. Entire Suitcase with all clothing missing. Child going to school now, have no proper clothes. Intercape advised that their T&C inform people to have their own insurance. No I ask you, Is insurance a priority for a person from a rural community? I don't think so.

This is really sad that such a big company is prepared to only reimburse R1 500, of which an average suitcase might cost about R600 to replace, and now only have R900 left to buy clothes for both mother and child that was lost.

Pathetic!!!!
